    As usual Kris ( and his assistant Greg) were fantastic. I have a beautiful oak floor now that was installed with the minimum of fuss and perfectly to time. They moved heavy furniture for me, kept everything really tidy and clean, and did such a professional beautiful job. I am really delighted. I’ve used Kris for many years now and always will.     Kris and his Plasterer, Electriciian, helper, and floor vinyl layer did a first class and tidy job. The work involved removing all the old wall tiles,bath,sink; fitting a new ceiling, plastering the walls and ceiling to a very high standard, fit a plywood floor over the existing floorboards,fit 4 x downlights + an exractor fan, fit a new Toilet, Sink, Shower cubicle including new pipework and shower head, install Vinyl floor covering, fit a stainless steel Radiator, white paint ceiling+ door, pipes. Also fit a very nice black window ledge Also fix a downstairs ceiling, paint the ceiling white.

I have been in the building industry since I left school 30 years ago.

I trained as a plumber and then worked with a local building company until I started my own business 22 years ago. Over the years I have built up a good, honest and reliable reputation as a builder whose attention to detail is second to none. I am only content with my work when my costumers are happy. I traded as Countygate refurbishment until recently when I decided to expand my business and created Primahouse.

All aspects of building works are undertaken by Primahouse include;

  • Brickwork
  • Plastering
  • General building. 

I use qualified engineers and various skilled craftsmen. Primahouse is fully insured and all work undertaking is guaranteed.
