  I had an outstanding experience with Bill when my boiler started leaking. His prompt response within just a few hours averted potential gas risks for my tenants. He also addressed cold spots in the radiators (flush). Not only did he efficiently resolve the problem, but he also went the extra mile by arranging electric radiators for my tenants during the brief downtime. Most of all, I like Bill's responsiveness via Whatsapp, which allows me to fix issues as remote landlord. I highly recommend their services to others in search of reliable and high quality plumbing professionals. ??????????

• Get Boiler running again after botched "service"

  Bill and his colleague replaced a pressure sensor that was corroded due to a bad service a few days prior. There were access issues with the boiler which meant it had to be drained using the PRV. Unfortunately, this was then leaking and Bill was able to source a replacement on the day to get the boiler up and running again. They advised me on how to resolve the access issues which I did and they subsequently came back to complete the service.
