Prompt response to my initial enquiry. Good communication from initial quote to arranging convenient date for the work. Appreciated the e-mail reminder a couple of days prior to the work being carried out. Electrician arrived on time, explained what was to be done, carried out the work to a high standard, demonstrated the completed job and cleaned up afterwards to a good standard.

Easy and convenient method of booking at a time to suit us and the electrician actually arrived an hour or so earlier than we expected but not an issue. Despite us already putting dust sheets down (we had a brand new carpet laid so didn't want to take any chances!), the guy turned up prepared if needed and shoes taken off with no prompting. 3rd or 4th time we've used Premlex and each electrician we've had here always polite and friendly and just gets on with the job in hand Would def recommend
