I decided to proceed with my stove installation and am so happy I did. The guys came round and was so efficient, clean and the final finish is above what I had expected. Great work and great team. 10Verified ReviewA team of 3 came and worked very efficiently to fit a new fireplace and gas fire. One was an apprentice who was being taken through the various processes with clear explanations on why things were being done that way. It's good to see apprentices learning through practical work. Unfortunately there was fault with the gas fire which needed a manufacturers engineer to visit to replace a faulty part. An engineer from Prestige Fires came at the same time. Some further work was needed to commission the gas fire and 2 engineers from Prestige came back the same day. Very impressed, thank you.
