    Unable to repair my old stairlift as too old. Tim and Callum came back next day and replaced the chair only and threw in some extras as I had pd call out fee day before. Very speedy and tidy. Got me to use lift before they left so ai knew how to operate nww srairlift. Cld not fault them and highly recommend.

    Tim and Callum came to look at my old stairlift to repair and politely told me it was too old. Advised they cld replace the seat only and as I had pd the call out fee threw a few freebies I wld normally have had to pay for. Tim and Callum were very polite and friendly and kept me up to speed with what they were doing as I cld not leave my chair

    How excellent is this company. I called them to say the stair lift had stopped working . Engineers Kris and Kyle arrived within the hour. Immediately said the motor had gone. A couple of phone calls and there was a 3rd Engineer Tim arrived with the new stair lift . The service was completed within 2 hours. I am absolutely I.Pressed with my experience with Prestige today. 10/10 your were brilliant thank you so much
