    Excellent service provided by pride windows, I will without a doubt be using them again if I need any more work doing in the future. Customer service was pleasant and bob was happy to go through the catalogues with me and show me the designs which would be more cost effective for me. Which was really appreciated as I found other companies weren’t as upfront about pricing when asked. No hard sell, I didn’t feel pressured by Bob to use them or to make a decision quickly. The work was completed within a timely manor and it’s fantastic, the doors and windows look great! Highly recommend

    We had a very good experience from Pride Windows pretty much from start to finish. Bob came round first to give us a quote for a new porch which beat all the other traders we had come round. Bob was lovely and was on and out with a no pressure feel. We then contacted them to go ahead which Bob came back to confirm final details. Then for unforseen circumstances it did take them slightly longer than they said to start the work. However, once they started they had completed it within a week of starting. We were very happy with the final product. They were professional and has good communication

    Big thanks to Bob from his quotation, Julie answering any questions to the surveyor. 3 new windows fitted one bathroom Window cut out for new opening made cutting through bricks. Acoustic glass (sound insulated) for french door and back window. Double glazed for the rest. Cheers
