    Dan was punctual, courteous, explained the process from the initial inspection to carrying out the works. Appreciated that I could ask questions and get honest answers, didn’t feel like I was being pushed into works that were not needed. Really happy with the finished results.

    Amazing service from start to finish. Called Dan and he was able to go and review the damp issues the following day and give an accurate quote. He even found damp a previous survey did not pick up so very thorough. Communication was great and the job was completed thoroughly and left spotless and tidy. Would recommend.

    Very happy with work carried out by Daniel. He was on time every day, kept me informed of the work he was doing and why, plus work I needed to mindful to ensure no further dam would affect the property. I cannot recommend Daniel any higher than he is a consummate professional and knows what he is doing.

He completely put our minds at rest, reassuring us that there was no initial need for work to be done. He is obviously very knowledgable about his subject and explained everything fully. He was also punctual and very polite. We highly recomend Daniel.
