  • Faulty boiler

    Oz quickly diagnosed that our sensor on the boiler was the problem and supplied and fixed the part for a reasonable price meaning our heating was back working within one hour . I would highly recommend him and will not hesitate in using him again if necessary.

  • Replacement of pump for underfloor heating system

    Oz visited at short notice and was able to remove and replace our underfloor heating pump which, after many years, was failing. The work was undertaken all in one visit which was very helpful, particularly given the current spell of cold weather. He is very tidy, communicative and courteous. I have used Protherm before and would do so again.

  • Replacement of outside tap

    We had a crack in our outside tap, I spoke to Oz at Protherm who was very informative and responsive. He arranged for a member of his team, callum, to come round the following day and replace the tap to stop the leak. Not only was the service at a great price, it was donely quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. We are very happy with the work. Will definitely be using Protherm again. 10/10

    I highly recommend Oz. My boiler was broken and I had no hot water. At the initial phone call Oz was really helpful and I felt that he even tried to see if I could remedy it myself rather than pay for him to come out. Communication was great, he kept me updated on when he would arrive. Got the job done really quickly and efficiently and explained the problem. Lovely guy, great service. Top notch!
