• Home air condition installation

  The installation was started in August 2023 and paid for in full. The 1 day job was not completed, and although I was left with functioning air con, the control unit was left hanging by a wire from the ceiling. I was informed by Mark that they would return to finish the job. I have tried to contact them several times over the past few months by text, phone and email and have been ignored.

  Excellent installation from start to finish, Mark and Russ arrived on time and carried out the installation extremely efficiently without bothering us at all. They were extremely tidy and the job was completed to an extremely high standard. Therefore, we would not hesitate in highly recommending them.

  Mark and Russ did an excellent job in replacing an ageing air conditioning system with a new Toshiba system serving three bedrooms and the lounge. A detailed written quote was provided promptly after visiting the house and all subsequent questions answered clearly and quickly. Mark and Russ were polite and helpful throughout the installation which was completed on-time and to a very high standard. Their tidiness throughout was first class and and the operation of the equipment was explained thoroughly and clearly once everything was complete. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

  I can really highly recommend Project Cooling for a reliable, friendly, and professional job. Between the various companies we reached out to, they were the only ones who came to view the property before quoting, and their quote was very reasonable. Both Mark and Russell are so friendly, and we felt more than comfortable letting them install the unit. We had specific requirements to where the outdoor unit went, to which they accommodated with no issues at all - despite it meaning more work for them! Highly recommend. Thank you.

  They came to survey on the arranged day at the arranged time and gave a satisfactory quote by email . On the day of installation the men arrived on time worked efficiently without any disruption to us. Unfortunately, due to adverse weather, they could not complete the external job on 24th but came to finish up on 25th. The workers were all very pleasant and well mannered. They demonstrated the operation of the system and cleaned up everywhere before leaving despite us telling them that we would do it. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. Many others don't match up.
