  • Damp penetration causing plaster to fail.

    My experience with Prokil was first class. The Survey was carried out quickly and thoroughly, and a schedule of remedial works, with price was with me within days. The work was carried out over 2 days as advised, and was excellent quality, and the guys doing the work took good care of the surrounding units. I run a large property portfolio in London and would definitely use Prokil again.

    We recently moved to Worthing. The house survey identified a potential problem with Woodworm. I found Prokil on Google and Checkatrade. I arranged for them to carry out a survey, and then to undertake necessary remedial treatment. Prokil were easy to deal with, reassuring and completely reliable. I was able to book the treatment long before we moved in and was kept updated and given all the information I needed. They were understanding and helpful each time I contacted them. Their employees who carried out the work were punctual and helpful.

    After the initial enquiry we were contacted by phone for some more details and then paid the fee for the survey. Survey was thorough and detailed with clear recommendations and next steps. Work was scheduled in and communication was clear on the run up to the lads arriving. Workmen were friendly and courteous and worked around the additional work i was carrying out over the weekend (insulating floor and ceiling). We opted to clear our own rubbish but the guys brought it all to the front of the house for easy removal. Completed within timeframe agreed
