    We have relied on ProKil for a few different damp works over the years: a damp proof course on the wall, fitting of ventilation and humidistat and most recently work on a few damp walls. I have always found them very reaponsive, reliable, efficient and competitively priced. Those carrying out the works have always been friendly and courteous and clearly explained what they are doing and been very helpful. Quality of workmanship very high and they always leave the place very tidy.

    Prokil carried out some damp proofing work on our flat in December. The work was done on time and to a good standard. I did flag a couple of small issues to do with fixtures which I wanted to mention. Calvin came round in January to to rectify these issues, I just wanted to highlight how professional and helpful Calvin was in dealing with this and would highly recommend Prokil and Calvin specifically.

Our team of qualified surveyors has undergone internal and external training in CSTDB (Certificated surveyor of timber and dampness in buildings) and CSSW (Certificated surveyor in structural waterproofing) awarded by the Property Care Association (PCA) enabling them to correctly diagnose a damp, rising damp, woodworm or fungal decay problem and to recommend the correct remedial measures of controlling or treating them. Our remedial team consists of PCAQTs (PCA Qualified Technicians). 


We are able to provide surveys and we will also guarantee any work that we undertake as well as also offering Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG) with GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd). It’s of paramount importance to the Prokil team that you receive excellent customer service and that your damp worries are over.
