  Dave and his whole team were amazing throughout this whole process. Clean, tidy and most of all courteous. I say this as I work nights and I wasn’t awoken once by any of his work. All workmanship is carried out to the highest regard, also if you have any questions Dave or one of his team will help you with the decisions or even give you a better idea. Highly recommend and will be using him again if I require any further building work.

• Garden Terrace and Patio changed from decking to Indian Stone

  Dave changed the dangerous [extremely slippery] and unsightly decking on our terrace and a separate patio area at the bottom of the garden to Indian Stone. This was a huge job as both the terrace and patio are very large. Dave and and his team did an AMAZING Job! They were punctual every morning and worked full days. Meticulous in attention to detail, the workmanship is outstanding and they were fastidious in clearing up. It looks FANTASTIC and we have no hesitation in recommending R&D Construction.

• Garden re-design and landscaping.

  Dave and his team have recently re-designed and transformed my garden and patio area. The team are extremely professional, polite and punctual. The work was carried out within budget and on time. We will be using Dave and his team for all our projects moving forwards and truly cant recommend their high quality work enough. The pictures simply don't do it justice.

  After having bad experiences with builders in the past Dave made a very welcome change, he and all the different people that came to work on their special skills were so pleasant, every evening after they left I was amazed with how neat and clean everything was. Dave kept me informed of what was being done and when he told me approximately 2 weeks, 2 weeks and 2 days amazing The big bonus the job is perfect and no additions to the original quote!

• Porcelain patio and continuation of existing garden wall

  There is a reason why I have used R and D Construction many times over the years. On their most recent job Dave and his team laid a beautiful porcelain patio at my house. The stress is taken out of building due to their incredible knowledge, strong work ethics, reliable time spans and accurate quotes. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your building needs.
