He was extremely thorough, and took the time to go through the house with us beforehand to inspect every mark that we were concerned about and set realistic expectations. His attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding and we were very impressed with the results. He even gave us advice on aftercare and how to deal with future marks specific to our carpet types.
