  Did a great job, looks fantastic. Ricky adjusted the waste pipe for the new toilet so that it was close to the wall. It looks fantastic and I am really happy with how he installed it and what a good looking job he did - very good plumber.

  100% excellent service. Came the day after first contact. 'Phoned ahead of arrival, which was on time. Job done swiftly and replacement totally effective in curing several problems. Invoice amount was very reasonable and submitted on the same day. With service as good as that I naturally paid immediately.

• Unvented cylinder install

  We got Ricky to install a new unvented cylinder to boost hot water pressure, he seemed more knowledgeable than the other plumbers we had around. He warned us there may be a leak because of the increased pressure, and sure enough we did, on the shower and bathroom taps. We asked Ricky if he could replace the shower, he went out and bought one then installed it, we got some taps which I was going to install, but he done those as well. Great job, I would highly recommend him.

  My heating system was not working and Ricky agreed to come and have a look at it sooner than I expected. He fixed it on the same day. I was confused with his breakdown on the invoice but he clarified. I was happy with his service and would highly recommend him.
