  Rob was helpful, professional and really skilled in what he does. He has an excellent attention to detail and is really passionate about ensuring that his work is of high standard. He's also extremely happy to explain what he is doing at each stage and answer any queries that come his way no matter how small or trivial. Would highly recommend Rob and he has totally transformed our stairs.

• Fitting of 4 new doors on landing

  2nd time we have used Rob for carpentry work. This was to remove and fit 4 new doors on our landing. From start to finish Rob has been excellent. Sent us an estimate showing separately materials and Labour. We accepted the estimate and was given a starting date. Kept to this. Carpets were covered including our stairs. Everywhere kept clean during and after the work. During the work he kept us updated. Made extra suggestions on improving the look which we were very pleased about. As pensioners we need someone we can trust. We would highly recommend Rob. Pleasure to have work in our home.

  Rob was extremely professional from day one giving us a quotation, arranging a visit and then carrying out the work which was excellent. Rob is very personable and this makes it so much better when you have a workman in your home. The finished job was even better than we had hoped for and this was after being given a sensible price. We would certainly recommend Rob for any carpentry work and we hope to use him again in the future.

• Installion of a new loft hatch and ladder.

  I needed a new loft hatch and ladder installed. I contacted Rob as he had previously done an excellent job in fitting a new front door for us. Beforehand Rob clearly explained the work that was required and told us how he planned to go about the job. The work was completed in a couple of days and to a super standard. Attention to detail is a phrase that describes Rob's approach. He is a very tidy and methodical professional and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
