    What a refreshing change. From very first contact with Rich he was open and honest about timescales and when he would be able to do the work. Rich's timekeeping was spot on, arriving when he said he would and contacting me the day before. Rich explained what they were going to do and checked with us at every stage that we were happy. The work that he and his brother Peter carried out was to a very high standard, they covered everywhere and tidied up after themselves, they treated our home with respect. We will definitely be using them again and have already talked about further work.

They quote accurately, come punctually on the days they tell you well in advance and do an excellent job. They pay great attention to preparation and the fine detail of the finished job and work exceptionaslly cleanly and tidily. We have used them several times and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

    This is tradesman was highly recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't disappointed, as I couldn't fault the job that Richard and Peter did. I never felt that any corners were cut - quite the reverse, as everything was done "properly". They were polite, considerate and tidy, minimizing the inevitable disruption that is to be expected with a job like this. Richard kept to the price and start and finish dates that he gave us several weeks earlier, when the job was quoted. They were punctual and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and his business.
