    Richard came to investigate a "leak" from the water tank. It was condensation and he suggested I contact the company that installed the boiler. But I then asked him to replace the toilet in the bathroom. The work was carried out quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased.

    I could not fault Richard' services, attended to give a quote, and proposed the most cost-effective solution. Unfortunately, the replacement valve was not available as the shower was very old. Richard quickly looked at alternatives, I was given a quote, we fixed a day to carry out the work and the work was completed as discussed. It has been a pleasure to engage Richard.
