  • Moved radiators from main wall to under the windows

    Ross and team removed and replace three radiators in my house. Two of which were moved from main wall to under the windows. They were polite, super tidy and did an implacable job from beginning to end. I will recommend them anytime and will use their services in the future.

    Ross has completed 2 jobs for me, the first was to check over and service the boiler. I never paid any attention to these needs in my household before but after my husband passed away last year I needed to put something in place. Ross was extremely courteous and understanding when I was unable to answer many of the questions about the boilers history. The second job was to come back and change a leaking radiator, such a great job they were so quick and cleared up everything I would definitely recommend to everyone

    Two gentlemen arrived early for a job I had booked with them to service my boiler, fix a heated towel rail and fix a dripping tap. They were very friendly and polite. They carried out the three jobs very quickly, to a very good standard and cleaned and tidied up after themselves. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to book them again.

  • External leak that turned into an internal leak

    RDC were an absolute dream. Came round quickly, identified the issue and fixed our initial problem within an hour. We then had a separate leak the next day under the sink (connected pipes) and they came round same day and fixed that too. Perfect experience as they were also super polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend and will be calling again if we have any more issues!

    We had an emergency leak and RDC came the next working day, after offering us advice to help with the issue in the meantime. This was enough to support us until their arrival. Sent over some photos and a short video of the problem and the issue was fixed within an hour. Very professional, polite and reassuring. Offered advice post fix and talked through the work that was being done and why. Highly recommend RDC for their confident and skilful service. Thank you very much ! Price for work was in line with expectations and invoice was sent the same day. Will be calling again for sure.
