    We had 2 bedrooms fitted with underlay and carpets and ReFlooring were very professional, on time and had good communication, giving me a confirmation text and time window the day before. Left the place looking spotless and the job looks great. Will most likely be using them again for the rest of our house at a later date. All done at a competitive price.

    The job was to lay new carpet in most rooms of a small house and remove and dispose of existing carpets. It was helpful at the initial visit to be left with a selection of carpet books to give us some time to choose. The team arrived to do the job as agreed and the job was completed to a great standard with no fuss. Very happy with the work and the new carpets.

    Ross responded to my request for a quote immediately. He came out to measure up and emailed a quote. The company was so competitive that I was able to have more flooring than I originally thought possible as he was £4000 cheaper than my original quote and £1000 cheaper than my 2nd quote. I agreed a date and time for Reflooring to come. They arrived at 9am and did not finish until 9pm. They were very professional, did not cut corners and kept me up to date with timings. Once the vinyl was down they cleaned and mopped the floor before replacing the furniture. Very refreshing to see.
