On this occasion the Engineer immediately identified the fault in the boiler, explained the situation and offered 3 options for dealing with it, and estimated costs. I gladly took his recommended option and the boiler was duly repaired.

Jon is reliable, polite and friendly and explained what he was going to do We were originally recommended to use Rhodes when our boiler broke down. They fitted our new boiler at beginning of 2022. We have since used them for a couple of small jobs. Jon was the plumber for these as well. Plumber We would recommend Rhodes Plumbing as they are a reliable company.
