    The company was thorough in providing a clear quote and updating us whilst we waited for a special order to be fulfilled. The work was done efficiently and cheerfully and a tricky hard to reach window was dealt with expertly. The site was left clear and tidy.

    Excellent work, done in one day, left very tidy. Only reason I did not give 10 was, had phone call and agreed Monday or Wednesday of following week. No further phone call, did not turn up Monday so assumed not coming Wednesday, but they did turn up Wednesday and took us by surprise as no phone call

    Ridon Glass were very helpful throughout the process of choosing and installing our new windows. They coordinated the installation around other building work we were having done, which was great. The stained glass was designed to replicate the originals that were removed and looks lovely.

    The process of choosing and ordering the unit was very smooth, as I have come to expect from this company. There was a slightly longer lead-in time than expected before fitting, butthe fitting process went very smoothly with very pleasant and efficient operators. Following a confusion between order and final product, the issue was rectified swiftly, without any problem. I have used Ridon for many years now and have always found them to be excellent.

    Alex and shaun. Well what nice men, punctual polite, very considerate. We hardly had anything to clean after they had finished and of course with it being cold they made sure it was finished with in the time alotted. So were very well pleased.

Established in 1972 we also offer a complete range of double glazing windows and door replacements, full glazing services – supply, installation and repair – and we carry a large range of mirrors in our Southampton Windows Showroom.
