Despite it being a busy time, and my concern at getting the works completed quickly, James was at the property within three days. He diagnosed the issue, liaised with a plumber contact and the works were completed within a very short timeframe. His attention to detail and care is excellent. His communication is first class - he keeps you fully informed on all aspects of the job, and phones when he is on route. He is very likeable and a first class professional and recommend highly.
