• Replacing faulty security system

  Security alarm started ringing in the night and couldn't be turned off. I phoned 2 numbers from check a trade. One didn't get back to me for about a week! Rob got back straight away and said at first that he couldn't do the job till the following afternoon. I explained I was concerned about giving my neighbours another sleepless night. He came late that afternoon and dismantled the faulty system and returned today to install a new system. I recommend him unreservedly.

  Rob is very professional and knowledgeable, explains everything very clearly and patiently.He fitted the alarm system and downloaded the app on our phones within four hours. Very impressed with him and the new system.All the work was done within a week of his first visit.Very reasonably priced for such quality work, the original quote was spot on.All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with Ron, will not hesitate to recommend him.

  Rob was excellent in all respects. During the initial site visit he was quick to discern the requirments of the job and thought creatively to determine the best format for the camera system. On the date of the work itself, he came armed with further improvements he had identified. He is very clear in his explanations of functionality, without a lot of technical jargon. The system is proving easy to work with after only 24 hours. I plan to recommend him to contacts who might be in need of similar work, as well as moving my alarm monitoring over to RMC after an upgrade. Thanks Rob!

I was looking to have my CCTV system upgraded and he brilliantly dedicated a lot of time and thought into coming up with the perfect solution. The quality of workmanship is second-to-none and I'm really pleased with the end result.
