He discovered that I’d been ripped off by the chap who installed my boiler, and thus carried out work to bring everything to standard. Sam and Graham were then kind enough to draw up a very clear and detailed invoice for me and help me to write a claim letter to the previous cowboy chap in an attempt to try and recoup some of my loss.
