    Rob spoke to my tenants immediately anfter I contacted him, and helped them do a temporary fix over the phone; he then came into the flat on an urgent basis and fixed the boiler perfectly. Not the first time he’s helped like this! He is exceptionally pleasant to deal with, reliable, trustworthy and knows exactly what he’s doing. Best guy in London.

    Thursday night: central heating stops working, family freezing Friday morning: on a neighbour's recommendation, I call Robogas Friday afternoon: heating engineer comes round, replaces actuators (the main cause of the problem), but a fault with the thermostat also exists. Rob (head of Robogas) recommends replacing the ancient thermostat with a modern Nest, and finds someone to come on the Saturday morning Saturday morning: in less than an hour a Nest is up and running Throughout Rob was in constant touch and super helpful. Great service!

    I have used Rob and his team many times for jobs both big and small, most recently a whole new boiler plus an investigation in to some pipe work that was causing dreadful water flow. Whoever Robogas send, they are always helpful, always knowledgeable and just truly very good at their jobs. Rob is a stand up guy who you can clearly tell cares about the quality of the work he carries out. Reliable, on time and always friendly. Plus he gets the job done!
