10Verified ReviewRussell was excellent. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about heating / plumbing. He explained clearly what he was going to do and why and was well-versed in the applicable regulatory requirements. His quotation was in line with the market but the service he offered hugely surpassed what we have come to expect with other providers. He was punctual, tidy, courteous and diligent. He completed the work on time and to a very high standard. I was nervous that the access panel would be unsightly but he did a very neat job. We will definitely hire him again.
