  Was so glad we found Dave and his team. They did a great job in renovating our home. Dave was clear with outlining full scope of works and when a few hidden surprises arouse, he explained what needed doing and what costs would be applied, which for us was great, as we had a budget to stick to. All the guys were very polite and kept our home as clean as could be, making sure to clean outside aswell, to keep neighbours happy.. Great workmanship, great communication and we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you Dave and Russell's Renovations.

• Conversion of a house into two flats

  Following completion of our project, we discovered several photographs on a number of sites, of work for which Russell’s Renovations claimed credit, when neither they nor their sub-contractors had undertaken that work. One example is the main picture on Checkatrade which currently shows our garden. Although Russell’s Renovations commenced the work, the contract was terminated due lack of progress and much of the work was completed by our own contractor. Therefore, Russell’s Renovations portfolio is certainly not entirely representative of their work.

• Kitchen Extension

  Dave and his team, did a great job on my kitchen extension. From the first time we met Dave with our plans, all the way through he kept us update and we always knew what was going on. The whole team are all very professional and have a great high standard of work. They were very helpful and full of ideas and solutions with getting the best out of the new space. We have already recommended to friends on our street!

• Refurb inc chimney removal

  Dave and his team undertook a huge renovation project for us. The work included removal of a chimney breast and supporting the chimney, complete bathroom refit, steelwork, kitchen fitting, moving the boiler, laying flooring, decorating… the list goes on! There isn’t anything that Dave and his team can’t do and all within the original budget. Great attitude, good communication, always a smile. Dave is always ready to help and has a solution for everything. No wonder Russell’s Renovations are always busy.

• Rear Extension

  Dave and his team did my rear extension and although we faced some obstacles along the way (as any renovation will), he overcame all of them with great perseverance and positivity. After working with him for a few months, I can safely say Dave probably has the most integrity out of any person, let alone trades person, I have ever come across. He is not only professional and honest but also insanely hard working. He takes great pride in his work and so do his staff. I feel like not only have I gained the beautiful extension I had wanted, but I have also gained a trusted friend.

• Convert Downstairs Accommodation, Join Annex to Main House Upstairs, requiring multiple Steel Beams

  Dave and the team were outstanding! A straightforward 5-week project turned into a 3-month complex one requiring additional steel beams. Throughout all of it, including testing dark moments, Dave remained positive with bags of energy, constantly working with us toward finding solutions for obstacles. Using his skilled team - plumber, carpenter, electrician and decorator, Dave adapted the project while closely liaising with us so that we worked through all issues together. We are very pleased again with the work, will use Dave and team again and again, and have no hesitation in recommending.
