  Excellent from start to finish. No pushy sales people, listened to everything we wanted as we were quite specific on our requirements. Whole house fitted within 2 days for windows & 1 day for door. My house looks stunning. Such a lovely improvement and money well spent. Reliable, friendly fitters, good quality workmanship. I would recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to use again in the future. Well done, a family business who cares, simply the best!

  Salespeople, explained what they could do and were not at all pushy. Felt like good honest local company from the outset- No deposit required which is settling that they put trust in me to trust them back! Surveyor came out and was great. Fitter arrived on time and completed the job perfectly. Couldn’t fault them from start to finish, except the fitter left his gloves here ! Mini niggle was that we visited showroom after quote to double check what door we wanted and because the sales guy who did our quote wasn’t in, nobody else could help us because they didn’t have measurements.

Left his gloves though and hasn’t come back to collect yet! Hope he’s got the message from reception!

• Windows and Porch Replaced -

  We have just had our windows replaced by Rydale, including 2 bays and a new porch. They were a pleasure to deal with at all stages, no hard sell, just good advice and a competitive quote. We also wanted bespoke bevel edged glass in our porch which was accommodated easily. The fitting team did a first class job, very attentive and did a good job cleaning up too. We had one minor issue which was dealt with quickly and with no fuss, which is a sign of a customer focused business. Two friends recommended Rydale to us, we were delighted and would happily recommend them to others.
