  Scott, Wayne and Aaron have been brilliant and we're extremely happy with the work they have done on our home. We live in an old property and the foundations, plumbing and electrics all threw up a number of surprises over the course of the project, but the team handled them all brilliantly, coming up with creative solutions and taking the time to walk us through a range of options. Always professional, friendly and polite, we enjoyed having them in our home. Their subcontractors were excellent too. Exceptional quality delivered at a competitive price - would not hesitate to recommend.

  Polite, friendly and fast (with quality). Two brothers (Wayne and Aaron) and Scott. Scott manages the ordering and works as well as labouring, he is also the plasterer. The brothers are skilled labourers and more than capable offering different skills. Pretty much the full package and can recommend electricians and plumbers for bits they can’t manage. Great team and I feel that the way Scott runs things means I get value for money. Highly recommended.

  Built storage inside garage. From initial contact was pleased as arranged to come look at the job and quote quickly and were able to complete the job when said they would. Despite only being a small job any queries were answered quickly and they were easy to get in contact with. Also could tell very knowledgeable in there trade as some of the ideas we had would have become very costly and felt that we were appropriately advised on the work. I would happily use them again for any future building work and highly recommend.

  Ryder and Chalk completed the work on time and within budget. This was a challenging project and needed more than just a build, involving major excavation work. They recommended excellent sub-contractors and helped us manage them. Scott and Wayne and their team were a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Ryder&Chalk have been working on our extension pretty much full time from February to September. Scott, Wayne and Aaron are all genuinely lovely and it's been a pleasure to have them around, the standard of work has been excellent on all aspects of the build and we are really pleased with our new living space, we have already recommended Ryder&Chalk to friends and family and are keen for them to do some further work for us in the future. They have delivered exactly what we wanted and always helpful, cheerful and polite through storms, heatwaves and everything it between.
