New Front Door
10Verified ReviewWe needed a new front door as ours was becoming difficult to open and close. SDL are well known in the area so we contacted them along with a couple of others. SDL surveyed the following day after initial phone call. They gave us great advice and provided a competitive, detailed quote which we agreed on. The installation took about 4 hours and Simon and Charlie took care to ensure everything was clean and tidy when they left. Would definitely recommend SDL Glass and Glazing.

10Verified ReviewWe had used Simeon before to install a new composite front door and windows to the front of the house including a triple glazed upstairs window. We had no hesitation in asking him to install new kitchen windows and new back door with a cat flat in November. Simeon is very knowledgeable and great to work with.We are very pleased with the work and would use his company again. Highly recommend

10Verified ReviewExcellent work, brilliant price, very clean and tidy. I definitely recommend SDL after having him carry out the supplying and fitting of my windows and bifold doors. He arrived, had a discussion as to what I wanted, made recommendations, measured up, sent a quote. There was no pressure to spend money or have the work done. A date to start agreed (I had 2 bits of wall removed for the bi fold doors too) I paid the deposit online, Simeon turned up did the job and left. I wouldn't know he had ever been here except for having beautiful windows and doors too look through now. The perfect job

Over 24 years ago, SDL Glass and Glazing Ltd was established with a mission in mind to provide the supply and installation of high quality glazing products with a high quality of service. The family run business is directed by Simeon Lacey who founded the company and has worked from its inception to create a relied upon business providing services including; uPVC and Aluminium windows and doors, composite doors, conservatories, bi-folding aluminium door sets and a range of cladding installations and commercial systems.
SDL provides an open-door merchant to the public and has a large portfolio of previous works that can be seen from East Essex to Central London and across to Kent. Working with the mentality ‘building success through reputation’ Simeon says, “we are a company where there is no job too small and no challenge too big”.
SDL specializes in both residential and commercial installations with recent projects completed on schools and large residential complexes and care homes. We are main retailers for Solidor Composite Doors.
