On contacting Steve, he got back to us straight away and came round to have a look. His quote was sent swiftly and he explained everything he could do to rectify the issue, whilst communicating with us every step of the way. On the morning of the repair, Steve arrived early and got to work and completed a wonderful job. Steve left everything tidy and there was no mess at all.
