10Verified ReviewMy boiler broke down and Steven from s energy came out same day to have a look at it. After he made a few enquiries regarding parts we found parts to be obsolete so I decided on a new boiler. Steven advised on the best boiler for my needs and fitted it in between jobs over the next 2 days as I was desperate. Work was completed to a high standard the kitchen worktops were protected when he was swapping things over and soldering pipes. Also issued a 5 year guarantee and supplied a new gas safety certificate in with the price Would definitely use S energy again

10Verified ReviewOur boiler is situated in the loft space. It made it tricky to manoeuvre in a tight space and would have put some people off doing the job. S Energy negotiated a solution with regard to a difficult route that the condenser pipework would have to take. They minimised disturbance to our bedroom wall and flooring. That was much appreciated. They also installed a Hive thermostat that means we don't have to go into the loft to change the settings. Would highly recommend S Energy.
