SKS Property services have never let us down .Work is always of a superior standard ,over the past 10 years SKS have worked on many building and roofing projects for us .Communication and advice from the team is always good ,pricing is fair and competitive and Scott the owner always discusses everything thoroughly.     Scott and his team replaced an asbestos roof with smart paneling and repaired damp damaged plaster work in our out building. We contacted Scott for a quote following reviews on the Chekatrade website, he provided us with a competitive quotation. Once agreed Scott and his team carried out the work very efficiently, sticking to schedules agreed and finishing on time. All the guys were friendly and approachable and were a pleasure to have at our home. We would strongly recommend SKS to anyone looking for any building work. 10 out of 10.
