    Sean responded very promptly to my initial enquiry and agreed a mutually convenient time to assess the job. He arrived promptly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get to fixing it. What I really appreciated were the updates of what was happening explained in Laymans terms. To top it all off Sean was pleasant, polite, kept things clean and tidy as he went, and did it all for a fair price.

  • Find and fix leak

    Sean attended a tenanted property on the same day I contacted him, to locate the source of a leak that was evident from a water stain that had appeared on a downstairs ceiling. He did so quickly and was able to fix the problem immediately with minimum disruption to the tenants, and he kept me updated throughout so I was aware of the issue and what the approximate cost would be. I would definitely recommend Sean and will use him again in the future.

    Fixed our leaking radiator, leaking tap and gave us temporary fixes for two other jobs that otherwise required more work - really grateful for this as otherwise, we'd have called someone out another time for them. Good communication and would certainly use again. Fairly new to the area so pleased to have found a reliable plumber🙂
