    SMA managed the entire loft conversion process from the planning through to the build. Every member of the team was professional, super friendly, tidy and most importantly highly skilled. We did experience some slight delays, but overall, the quality of their work was first-class and bang on cost. This is the second time we've used them, and we'd happily use them again in future. Thank you to all the SMA team!

    SMA have been absolutely excellent to deal with as have their partner Aqua Bathrooms. From start to finish SMA were professional, they were clear on their quote, on the scope and understood our requirements well. They kept to their estimated timeframes as much as possible and provided us with a high quality finish. Where there were minor defects SMA quickly rectified them without any hassle at all. A superb firm that I would have no trouble in recommending

    Having waited a few months for SMA Lofts to provide a no obligation quote, the day finally arrived when the surveyor visited my property. I spent an hour and half speaking to the surveyor and showing him the plans etc and he left me with a promise of a quote within 24 hours. 10 months later I still haven't received anything. I found the company representative to be quite arrogant, as they claim they the best in the area blah blah blah, but without even quoting shows how unprofessional they are. I waited months for them to visit and couldn't even have the common courtesy to quote.
