  Mr Simons is very polite and helpful! This was our first new bathroom and he listened to what we wanted. However we did change our original plan, as Steve offered an alternative layout that was better suited to our small bathroom, that worked out much better for us. He is very fast and very efficient and always on time we would definitely recommend him and his work to all our friends and family. He was very clean and tidy with his work and nothing we asked for was ever to much. He answered all our questions and loved our dog.

  S Simons initially did us the courtesy of supplying a quotation. Their quote seemed very reasonable. They started on the date they had originally proposed. The job had a number of complex technical plumbing issues all of which were solved by the firm. The quality of the work was first class, particularly the setting out, installation, tiling and finishing. They produce a completely finished fully refurbished bathroom including all decorations. The works included various extras requested and were still finished well within the original programme. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

• New Kitchen and General Refurbishment

  I needed a new kitchen for a rental property, plus a wooden floor sanding and varnishing, and some doors rehanging and painting. Steve and his team did an immaculate job - incredibly neat and clean finish. The kitchen has been totally transformed! High level of workmanship and attention to detail. Very fairly priced and all done in 4 days. They arrive early and work very hard to get the job done in time and on budget. Also excellent communication and very good advice throughout. Would absolutely recommend and use again for future work without hesitation.
