10Verified ReviewWhat a lovely experience today at safe hand’s mobility shop in Cheriton Folkestone, we were met by a lovely lady called Amanda, what can I say so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her! Very professional and talked us through everything, I even done a video of her showing me how to dismantle the scooter so I could remember when it came to me putting it in my car for when I take my mum out. It literally has definitely put a smile back on my mums face! She will be able to venture out now! Thankyou so very much Amanda for your time patience and great customer service!

The staff are friendly and informative and take great pains to ensure that the right product is being selected. I never felt any pressure or need to rush decisions. Safe Hands Mobility Ltd was originally founded by Sue Smith over 30 years ago as a private domiciliary company providing personal care to allow elderly and less able people to remain in their own homes.The company later expanded into the mobility equipment sector and now has two Mobility shops in Folkestone and Birchington, Thanet.
We offer an extensive range of mobility products from Riser / Recline chairs and beds, Mobility Scooters, Electric & manual Wheelchairs, bath lifts, Walking and general daily living aids. Please visit one of our mobility shops where you can try out products, alternatively ,we offer a free home demonstration service.
We operate a number of mobile service & repair units where our fully qualified and experienced engineers can visit your home to service or repair your mobility product. If in the unlikely event we are unable to fix your product on site, we have well equipped service and repair workshops. We may also be able to loan you a product whilst yours is being repaired - subject to availability.
