Whilst conducting an EICR we came across this. Cooker never had an earth for years aswell as having exposed live conductors. Repaired and made safe

Having worked with Safelec Contractors in the past this is the first time I have used their services on my recently purchased property for re-wiring, adjustments to most the internal lights, sockets and ports to suit our specific needs.  I have found Jamie to be professional, diligent and very hard working.  He has always listened and were possible come with innovative ideas and suggestions to better the electrical strategy at our house.  I don’t think I could ask for a better electrician.  Definitely the best electrician around and one worth keeping for all electrical works!  A big 10 out of 10!

Complete house electrical works

I recently purchased a 1970's property that required a full rewire.  The work carried out was fantastic.  Jamie has since returned to fit an outside socket, kitchen appliances and extractor fan.  Fair to say I won't be using another electrician.  The quality of workmanship, skill and knowledge is shown in all of his work.  Jamie is organised, trustworthy and would highly recommend !

My fuseboard caught fire last year in July (2021) a few months before I was due to move house.  Jamie was able to come the same day to help me.  He fitted a new fuseboard and checked all of the electrics were safe.  He left no mess and gave me a inspection certificate thing.  He was really polite and kind, and saved me so much stress and hassle.  I know the next time I need an electrician, he’s first on my list.  Thank you so much!
