• The job was to find and fix a fault on the kitchen ring main.

  This was the sort of job where it's impossible to know how much work is involved or how long it's going to take. I guessed at about 2 hours to find the short and then a long discussion about tearing up the carpet and the floorboards to get at it. He arrived with two workmates. They took 40 minutes to find the fault. They took 10 minutes to fix it. It took 5 minutes to pay. Total 55 minutes. Jermaine Samuels and team get top marks. All at a price that wasn't shocking. (Do you see what I did there?)

  We got home on a Sunday night and the lights and sockets weren't working. Jermaine helped talk us throuhg how to solve this. Other local electricians had not been helpful on the day but Jermaine was patient and solved our issue for no fee. Very good service and attitude.

  Better than the rest. Had another company electricians for 3 days they couldn't find the fault. Samuels Electricals came, found the fault and fix it the same day. Professional, competent and will I be calling them for and future work. They were brilliant.

  Right from the initial free quotation, it was obvious that Samuel knew exactly what he was talking about - which is why we decided to go with him. Not only was he able to fit us into his schedule fast, but his team were literally in and out of here within 20 minutes or so with minimal disruption, and the work was completed to a very high standard. We are very happy indeed and I am looking around our place for other electrical jobs that we have been meaning to get around to - so that we can allocate these to Samuel and his team.
