    We needed a 50 year old boiler replacing and the central heating upgraded. Steve and his team worked hard to get the job expertly done over two days, cleaned up superbly, and were a pleasure to have around. Great backup from Sam in admin too. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

    Since I phoned to the office for explaining the problem, they gave me an aprox about the price. When I agreed, the engineer came punctual at the day and time scheduled. The problem with my sink was sorted out. They are engineers, so any work with gas, you have the peace of mind that they will work safely, without risks for you or your home, knowing that the work at your house or business is made with qualified gas engineers. Very friendly staff. The price is competitive and you pay with satisfaction because you know the work was done with excellence and under safety gas normative.

    Following on from a combi boiler service on 17/1/2024 with this company they highlighted that I would need a condensate pump and a new pipe to be routed through the loft space. Two guys who did the service asked to borrow my steps to get into loft to see where they could route the condensate pipe to an external outlet source. A price of £290 was quoted to fit the pump and pipework. Another man appeared on 31st January 2024 to fit pump and carry out pipework. He also asked to borrow ladders. 20 minutes in and he decided it was not a one-man job and the price now was £470. Sent them packing!!
