New security alarm system fitted

Old alarm system removed and new one inserted. Full layout plan and detailed estimate given prior to visit. Initial visit was done thoroughly, all details explained and questions answered honestly with no oversell. The two fitters Terry and Shaun were polite, cheerful friendly and very efficient. Work was completed in good time and all areas were cleaned and vacuumed before departure. They seemed surprised and grateful when given hot drinks! I thought this was standard courtesy! Could not recommend this company highly enough. Excellent work.

Secure Alarms did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were clean, tidy and did the job quickly. They then gave very good insturctions on how to use the system and even came back a few days later to clarify some software matters. There were no extras on the quoted price.

Secure Alarms clients are assured of the highest standard of service and support from highly experienced staff and a company qualified to the highest national standards.

We are approved by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) to the Nacoss Gold standard for Intruder, Access and CCTV standards. We are approved by the British Approvals for Fire Alarm Equipment (BAFE) and Kitemark licence. Quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Staff carry CSCS health & safety cards.

We are accredited by SAFE contractor meeting the highest Health & Safety standards as required by councils, authorities and major contractors.

We issue Part P electrical certificates where required to meet Electrical Safety set out in IEE Regulations 16th Edition.
