    We asked Shawn to install our log burner in December, he came to assess our chimney and he said we were good to go and gave us a list of what to buy. We ordered the equipment and knocked out our original Victorian fireplace. When he came to install this he said we needed to pay for a cherry picker, which we did. Once we done this he said there was a block in our chimney. He didn’t sweep the chimney before he said we could have a burner. There is a blockage and we have wasted thousands of pounds now. He has never returned my calls to come back and assess. Shocking service.

Professional NACS chimney sweep with over 16 years’ experience sweeping chimneys in Hastings and surrounding areas. Shawn uses power sweep equipment for a more thorough clean, which also easily unblocks chimneys. Chimney cowls & chimney pots supplied and fitted.

Hetas approved installer of wood burning and multi fuel stoves, chimney liners can be supplied and fitted, fireplaces installations, please call for advice. No chimneys - no problem we can supply and fit a twin wall chimney system and been Hetas approved means you don’t have to involve your local authority as all works are certificates to comply with building regs. Again, with over 16 years’ experience installing locally to customers. 

A friendly professional service, fully insured and NACS & Hetas certificates issued.
