    I'm a landlord with rental properties throughout the north east of England. I have only ever used Signature Roofing and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Tenants often need issues resolving "quickly" and the team at Signature have never let me down. They are great with communication, quick to respond and very reasonably with pricing. Happy to recommend.

    Had full roof replacement in February, the work was completed in 2 days. On initial contact Shaun was very helpful providing a competitive quote. The work appears to be of good standard. However I am disappointed to have not received anything regarding the 10 warranty or the home pro insurance which I was informed all their work comes with. I have made contact with Shaun several times to rectify this issue without any joy so far. I would have happily recommend signature if it wasn't for the warranty and insurance issue.
