Silkflow Water Softeners, established in 1987 are Independent Water Treatment Specialists and carry out all installations and maintenance of water softeners and drinking water filteration systems.  Silkflow can supply a wide range of water softeners including non electric block salt softeners and electric timed and metered water softeners and can advise you on the right softener for your specific requirements.  We supply and deliver block salt, tablet salt and granular salt as well as supplying and fitting a wide range of filter cartridges and taps for drinking water systems.

Silkflow cover all areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Oxfordshire.

A question we are regularly asked is "what is the difference between a water softener and a water filter?"  Water filtering typically refers to drinking water, whereas a water softener eliminates limescale from the incoming water supply.
