Garage conversion and new flat roof
10Verified ReviewGary was courteous and communicative throughout. He did his best to keep us informed at all stages of the build. Gary quoted honestly and was not the cheapest of several quotes we obtained. However he was certainly not the most expensive. He put me and my family at ease and his professional manner garnered trust in him. The work was of a good quality and came in on/under the quote. I will be going to Gary for future building work without question.

10Verified ReviewSKycrest provide a very professional service from start to finish. A detailed quotation and project plan were provided at the quotation stage. A clear and recognised contract was agreed before commencement of the works. All the trades used by Skycrest are first class. As agreed staged payments were made during the build, with no final payment requested until all works fully completed. Despite material lead times being extended during the build, they ensured all were ordered in good time. Clear communication as to when particular trades would be on site. Highly recommended.
Location: GU51Painting outside of house, Replaced and painted barge boards, painted inside of the house. Mended a problem with water coming in below upstairs windows.

Whilst we are new to Checkatrade we have over 25years of experience in the building industry.
Having worked for various building contractors over those 25 years Skycrest Projects was established 5 years ago to build 2 flats in Walnut Tree Close for a property investor as he specifically wanted me to build this project for him.
From then we have established a loyal client base with the majority of our work coming from repeat business and recommendations which is as a result of the quality of the end product along with the friendly advice and service provided all the way through.
We have now completed several extensions and many whole house renovations.
We provide an extremely detailed quotation which leaves you in no doubt what has been included for giving you confidence that your project will be completed within your budget. If there additional works that you require to be done then these are priced before the work is carried so again you know what your final bill will be.
We have recently become members of 'The Federation Of Master Builders' which demonstrates our commitment to providing you with a fully insured, quality build / finish.
