  They were fantastic; they were extremely efficient and hardworking throughout our project. It was completed very promptly and the quality of work was completed to a very high standard. During the process, Constantin and his team were so helpful and knowledgeable on all areas - they coordinated well to ensure everything came together perfectly.   We chose Constantin to build our new outbuilding project because he was willing to provide a detailed quotation which was also at the lower end of what builders were quoting for the job. His workmen have a good attention to detail and are able to work without much supervision, producing high quality work and often working long hours. He was also happy to add more work, such as levelling the garden, laying a new lawn and creating a decked space. He was also happy to remove an old, poorly fitted door with a new bifold, fitting new steels as needed to the property. I would definitely recommend.

• Replacement an old Velux window

  Had to Chase up Cos 2/3 times for the quote which was frustrating, however his pricing was competitive so made the decision to offer Skyways the work. Work was completed to high standard by 2 of Cos's workforce. It was installed almost a week ago in which we have had alot of rain since. No leaks which is great so seems to have solved the problem we had with the old window. I would recommend Skyways roofing and would definitely use again if needed.

  Cos and the CC team were fantastic. Doing a total house renovation from an old 3-bed to 6-bed HMO with plenty of shared space and a great design which Cos has pragmatically contributed to throughout. His team is great, very professional, polite and committed to a high quality of work. He managed build effectively, through a tough time through Suez-blockages and C19 around materials delivery, getting the build done in good time. They have been great following up too, as we've stretched the scope of the project. Love the work in the garden. No hesitations in recommending. Thanks Cos and team!
