“This man does not seem to be qualified or accredited with any professional body. He fitted an alarm fixing the main control panel in an outside location and connected it by plug to the electricity; both of which are obviously a no no! The system became faulty, the only thing he could do or say, was - it is your internet causing the fault. Having spent money getting my whole broadband system tested, it was found to be fine. He has told me that he left the system in engineers mode, a lie. I am in my house vulnerable. This man does not have a team working for him, the website gives a wrong impression.”

We hold our city and guilds and other accreditation’s, which are checked annually by check a trade. Unfortunately this customer did not have a service contract with us as the alarm was fitted for the original proprietor. We tried to help on numerous occasions FOC. The location is in the utility room so isn’t located outside as stated, and the system is fine to be used with a plug, as the system didn’t go in as a graded system as it wasn’t required by the original Proprietor. It was left in engineer’s mode, of which they were informed, this however does time out. We offered to get our out of hours’ company out on several occasions, even getting them to call directly to arrange a time, but they were met with rudeness and their offer was declined. We clearly state we are a small family run business on multiple pages of our website, we have subcontractors we call upon from time to time as do most small companies but have never claimed we have a team behind us. Sadly, due to the rudeness and threatening behaviour we received form the customer we made the decision to have no further contact.
