  What a brilliant company! An all round great experience, fantastic customer service. Ashley and Billy attended my house to install a Hive Thermostat. Very polite, tidy and knowledgable. Ashley was so helpful taking the time and effort to explain the installation and how the system works using the phone app. It’s so rare these days to find a professional tradesperson to take the time to explain every detail. The price paid was extremely competitive. Well done guys keep up the good work and you will go far!

• Replacement of radiators and pipework

  Following the failure of an outdated system, all radiators and pipework had to be replaced. Smart Home Heating provided the most detailed estimate at a competitive price. After taking detailed measurements of each room, Ashley took time to explain everything to me. The job was completed exactly within the time frame booked and took less time to complete than expected. I am embarrassed to say that the carpets were probably cleaner when they left that when they arrived! I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Home Heating, a highly professional and friendly service.

  Ashley and Billy were courteous and quick workers, Ashley explained everything carefully and was really considerate of the fact we have a young daughter so would explain each day if work would be noisy and if it would be best to be out of the house. They were impeccably tidy, leaving no trace of their work (apart from the new boiler!) which included removing a large tank and associated pipework from cupboards in two bedrooms. All work was completed a day ahead of schedule too which was a pleasant surprise!

• Installation of new electric shower

  Would not hesitate to recommend Smart Home Heating. Ashley installed a new electric shower, he was more than happy to explain what could/couldn’t be achieved. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing/heating and answered all my questions, offering honest advice and always explains what’s best value for money/quality. He is a credit to the trade. Thanks very much Ashley.
