Help with a new thermostat installation

10Verified ReviewI have a Potterton Electric boiler and Alex is the first electrician I have met that knows about them. The first time I met him he called in on his way home from work, did a temp fix and came back the next day to do a permanent fix. I hadnt expected that level of service but he said, its about to turn cold so you need it fixed. Great service! When I had this latest problem Alex was my go to person and he and his colleague managed to squeeze through the very tight access point and fix the issue. I would highly recommend Smart Mason.

I'm Alex an Electrical Technician with over 13 years experience in the trade since serving a 4 year apprenticeship in the North East.
I work with my twin brother who is a heating engineer with similar experience and together we carry out a variety of work including bathroom and kitchen renovations, full rewires, heating installs, boiler repairs, services and CP12s and EICRs. Between us we have renovated a number of properties and are always more than happy to pass on this knowledge to clients if advice is needed.
The needs of my client is always my number one priority.
