  • Redecoration/repair of garden office

    SMB decor undertook redecoration and repair of a 12'x 8' garden office. They painted and replaced some wooden battens on the roof . The external office walls , windows and door were thoroughly prepared and painted with Sadolin. Rotten timber areas were replaced/repaired during the thorough preparation. SMB Decor have undertaken decoration for us on three previous occasions. We are impressed by the work done. Sam and Lewis are very helpful, courteous and entirely trustworthy. We will use them again as needed.

    Had a new kitchen fitted with ceiling skimmed and new plaster and tiling. Sam did all the new decorating. He is a real craftsman and cares about the finish. I am a stickler for detail and I cannot fault Sam's work. No overpainting, no missed spots, precise cutting in - a real professional. And very knowledgeable about paints and varnishes. He gave me a number of recommendations for the future. Sam is a friendly person who will do whatever is asked. I will be using him again.

    I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a proper job done to a high standard. Sam was honest, reliable and very pleasant to have around meaning that I was able to go out and leave him to it knowing that my property would be respected and safe. The work itself was excellent, lots of prep done so that the end result was exactly as I wanted it. Sam and Lewis were also happy to move my furniture around as I couldn't do it all myself and any problems were worked out without any fuss. I would definitely be more than happy to have them back.

    Sam has done a great job painting my lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very professional job of prepping and filling cracks and rubbing down. Advised on the best paint finishes to have put on.
